What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile image. When you create a QR code, we store the destination URL, an optional label and, for dynamic codes, a scan timestamp each time the code is scanned. If you use the contact form, we store your name, email and message.
What we don't collect
Scan records are a timestamp only. We don't log the location, device or identity of whoever scans a code, and we don't use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers on InkGrid.
How we use it
Solely to operate the service: authenticating you, running your QR codes and redirects, showing you your own scan counts, and responding if you contact us. We don't sell your data.
Who else sees it
InkGrid runs on Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Google (sign-in). These providers process data on our behalf to run the service. We don't share your data with anyone beyond that.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie to keep you signed in. Nothing else.
Deleting your data
Contact us and we'll delete your account and everything tied to it.

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
